Title: May we copyright and sell our skins to JRiver?
Post by: rachel on April 25, 2002, 05:55:47 am
My question was really to JRiver, since the skin gives purchase info.
I figured out a clever way to get animation like effects.
It takes a lot of work, so don't make fun of me.

Scronch, you look kind of scrhonchie-cute!

Animation has already been added to mini-skins though.
It just has yet to have been used. Plus I am sure the people here at JRiver are curious to see what this skin looks like.

I didn't intend to make fun of you.  I think your work is worthwhile, and JRiver should pay a fair price for it (a lot more than $10).  I'm just not sure that copyrighting a skin is worthwhile.

btw, that wasn't me in the pic...

The other half pay deadly serious attention because, umm, I'm not sure why Next Page

As for your skin, if it's good, maybe they'll give you a free license for it.
Otherwise just use it to show off how good a graphic designer you are.
