Title: Can't sync after ICS update on Droid4

Last week my Droid 4 updated to ICS and now, when I connect my Droid to sync, it recognizes it but just says "Working". Even after leaving it connected for hours. I'm hoping there is an easy fix out there because syncing my music to JRiver is a very big deal for me.
