Title: Popup Transparency won't turn off

I am having an issue where movie description pop-ups are unreadable because the background showing through obscures the text (see the pic for example).  There is an option to turn off transparency, or just to turn off over movies.  I tried both options and it made no difference...is that referring to some other pop-up or is it just not working for me?

The transparency there is not configurable.

You could try the default Noire skin if you need more readability.
