Title: Three Ctrl-6's equals a crash

Does anyone else have trouble with detaching the display?  If I start in full screen and press Ctrl-6 three times MC dies.  It goes from full screen to windowed detached display, back to small attached display and then to a detached dsiplay that has lost the border and MC is frozen, though video will continue until i click on MC then there is the crash.

It only happens with ROHQ.

It has been happening for a year or so through several driver updates of my ATI Radeon 4850, several MadVR's, operating systems and virus checkers.  This is not an uncommon card.

Am I the only one with some unlucky hardware combination?  Can others replicate the crash?

I believe this is a madVR thing.  The hooking it does of the parent window can lead to crashes when the window changes too much.

If you need to use a detached display, I think you'll have to use Red October Standard.
