Title: detached display vanishes

Display is fine in the player but when I detached the display it vanishes--it doesn't appear on either rof my 2 monitors or on a TV that is connected to and HDMI port on the primary video card---how do I recover the detached display?

Right-click the taskbar icon for the detached display and pick 'Move'.  Then push the keyboard arrows around until you see it.

Or the easy way :D: change the resolution to a lower setting. Windows will automatically move off-screen windows to on-screen. Then you can change it back to the native resolution again.
