Title: Problem with SACD .iso files on network
Post by: psam on September 10, 2012, 03:25:12 pm
When I am opening a SACD .iso file from the local hard disk, it works fine.
When I try to open the same file from the NAS over Ethernet, instead of playing the file MC opens up another window ,trying to pass the file to other software programs. On my HTPC, equipped with a Blue-ray burner, it is starting to burn the file on a disk....
Any ideas?

I'm not aware of any limitation with network paths (our test SACD files are on a network share).

It sounds like it's imported as data instead of audio on the other computer.

As a test, try renaming the folder or name of the ISO and drag it into Media Center again.  Does it work then?

If so, you just need to get the data record out of the program and import again.
