I followed the directions and put in my registration code for MC 17. Still showed 49.98 for the purchase price. Any ideas?

Well, at least it came up with the 20.98 upgrade price. Now when I purchase, it keeps complaining about (in red) my CC# and expiration date. I made sure to click on Visa since it defaults to Mastercard.

I'm not sure. A lot of people are upgrading, so I don't think it's systemic.
You could try Pay-pal. Or a different credit card.

I am having the same issue as the previous commentor - I enter by V17 registration code and the price comes up at $49.95. I put in the code a number of times (with dashes, without dashes, copied from the original purchase email from JRiver, etc) and still cannot get the upgrade price. Any other way to get this done?

I just tried your code and it worked for me.
Enter your v17 code here:

Make sure it's entered in the box exactly with no leading or trailing spaces.
