Title: Backing Up Just In Case My Hard Drive Fails
Post by: JazzDoc on September 22, 2012, 04:30:23 am
I've installed Media Center and it reminded me about a job that I must do ...

I have two USB external hard drives to store my music. I have tagged all of these files and assigned a cover art image to each track. I have backups of both of my data drives but I have not backed up the file associations that link the appropriate folders on the USB drives to MC. I really don't want to have to assign all that cover art again if the hard drive on the laptop on which I have MC installed was to fail.

Can someone please tell me which files I need to back up to be safe?

Thanks
