Title: Just upgraded; can't seem to figure out ....

Hello,

I'm a long time user, and have had version 12 for ages. I decided to take advantage of the nice upgrade sale and wanted version 18.

I upgraded and paid properly from within the software; however I only have v. 17.

How can I get 18 from within the software? I see a place that I need a password to do this but I don't see anything on the forums. I also saw a forum post that said 17 can't go to 18 or something like that. I'm really confused and would like to be pointed in the right direction!

Thank you! I look forward to getting familiar with the new update. I use this program constantly for collecting my podcasts and listening to them on my mp3 player when I work out. :)

OK I got it all installed and now I have another question!

v18 took my settings from v12 (specifically, my podcast directory locale). However, it didn't grab my podcasts. Is there a way I can import them or do I have to copy and paste them all in again?

Do a library backup in v12, then restore in v18.

Unfortunately settings won't be included since the ability to backup settings was only added around v15 or v16.
