Title: Theater View - Playing Now - 1st Song Always displays wrong (but same) artist

When I switch from std view to theater view playing now, the proper (right artist) cover album is displayed but the background displayed is always wrong and always the same artist (in my case 10,000 maniacs).  10,000 maniacs is not necessarily even in the playlist.  After the 1st song, the background is always the correct artist.   

Suggestions;  have I got something wrong; is this a  bug (for Mc18).
