Well, finally got it up and running. You can sign up to upload, modify and delete skins by registering here:
http://www.musicex.com/cgi-bin/skins/register.pl
You can view your uploaded skins by clicking the "Most Recent" link on the skins list.
Any bugs please send them to me. There is a little link at the bottom of the skin management page. For right now just bugs, Later we can talk about additions, if any needed.
Later today I should have MEGA-ME skins availible for listing and uploading.
