Title: Streaming Radio
Post by: joetiii on September 26, 2012, 02:44:10 pm
I like to listen to radio Paradise during the day as background and want to know to easily save the website as a favorite. Currently I go to podcasts home & open the website, then I can download the stream bitrate I want and it will play. How do I save this so I can play the next day without having to re download from that website?

The M3U URLs here work for me:
http://www.radioparadise.com/rp_2.php?#name=Listen

For example, File > Open URL with:
http://www.radioparadise.com/musiclinks/rp_192.m3u

You can save the files in Playing Now to a playlist and play the playlist instead of using Open URL (only works if their stream URLs don't change).

OK I think I got that to work ok... both opened as a URL and then sent it to a Playlist. If they don't change the URL, it outta work for a while.

Anyway, which is the best format to listen too. AAC+ @ 64, MP3 @ 192 or OGG Vorbis?
