Post by: ShayB on September 28, 2012, 01:40:24 am

Depends what they're stacked with?

Most of mine are stacked with an mp3 file that's in the handheld conversion cache. MC can do this automatically if you sync to a handheld device using conversion (I cannot remember what the defaults are)

Do you use MC to sync music to a portable device?

EDIT:
I guess the answer to that is yes (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=74688.0)! :) Sorry I can't help with the volume levelling question, but hopefully, that explains your stacking question.

hi marko

yes I do and you are correct I just saw that there is a missing mp3 for each ape file. so they are stacked but in fact the mp3 is missing.
I cleaned that up. I also canceled the cache for now

have you seen my 2nd post? the one about the volume leveling when syncing to Ipod (but I guess it's the same for other handhelds)?

I did. I must have applied my "Edit" above whilst you were replying. Sorry, but I'm really not sure about that one :(
