Title: "Can't start the write" error trying to Burn Audio CD on Windows 7 64-bit PC

I consistently receive an error - "Can't start the write"  - when trying to Burn Audio CD on Windows 7 64-bit PC.  MC17.0186 installed.  MC17 stops and Windows 7 supposedly tries to find a solution which never happens.  This was also happening on previous version.  I've backed-up library, uninstalled MC17, re-booted, reinstalled, and the error repeatedly occurs.  Installed a different app to burn and there is no issue with that app (CD Burner XP) - CD burns just fine with no errors.

Any advice will be appreciated?
