Title: MC 18 upgrade Installation failure

Environment - windows 7, upgrading from MC17.0.186.

I get the following message when installing upgrade using MediaCenter180051.exe - "failed to load JR Tools"

Please help. Thanks

Try rebooting and reinstalling MC18.

I was able to finally install MC18. The only way I managed to do it was to do an express install (as opposed to custom install). Thanks
