Title: why does this blu-ray file have sound but no picture

Cant get it to play in MC17 or VLC - havent come across a rip that wont play in either of these 2

Below is the mediainfo data
also within MC17 the video stream description is - H264 high L4.1,yuv420p,1920x1280

I am using RO standard and all other video settings are default - have played/fiddled with them all but cant find a setting to play this - what am i missing ?

rather embarrassing - turns out its an audio only bluray recording-

I never knew they existed until now  :-[
