Title: Taskbar Popup Playing Now Plugin

I've seen the Playing Now plugin for years and it's never worked on any install of MC I've used.  When is someone going to write a very elegant and compact little popup that appears at the onset of each song to let you know what's playing? Or even have it built into the main MC program (along with the immensely useful Sleep Timer, which I love)?

My plugin has a popup on track change and is configurable... But i have not installed it on V18 yet. Not sure if  have to change some code to work on V18.
