Title: I bought the Playing Now plug-in, but didn't get a reply...

Anyone heard of of James Dickson recently?  It's been just 2 days since I sent my payment, but have yet to get a reply with a license so far...I can't wait to try it on Media Jukebox.  The trial version says it's expired and never worked...

According to his profile (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?action=profile;u=436), he has not logged into the forum for over a year now. There is an ICQ number there that might be worth a shot.

JimH, if Rhino has dropped off the internet, I would suggest pulling the PlayingNow plugin from the accessories pages. It's not good if users are sending cash into a black hole without the chance of a response. Aside from anything else, the version on the accessories pages won't work nicely with current versions of MC.

On the other hand, the version I have works flawlessly, and, well, soon be November and I can bump that thread again ;)

Yes, please, remove that plug-in from the list of downloadable stuff, to avoid other suckers like me to get screwed...

The version on the website is v 1.2, the version I have is 1.3 (cost 5GBP as opposed to 3GBP) and so your license will not work with it.

I wondered if perhaps your work PC had restrictions applied that prevent you from making certain registry changes?

I do have version 1.3.0.9
As far as I know, there are no restrictions on that work PC...
