Title: Sync Library doesn't convert file type, only changes file extension

I'm trying to copy files from my main PC to a laptop using the Library Sync. It connects just fine to the Library server and transfers the files, EDIT: and they get converted from FLAC to MP3 as wished but they don't get converted, just changes name from "*.FLAC" to "*.MP3". BUT AND the MP3s are the same size as the FLAC files on my main PC. I've tried experimenting with different settings of the MP3 converter (using "MP3 Encoder") but no luck. What am I doing wrong?

Am I the only one with this problem.  ?
