Title: Blu-Ray Ripping with MC - Movie Only, No Extras (to save space)

I've recently started using MakeMKV to rip just the movie and no extras on a Blu-Ray disc. 

1. Is there a way to rip just the movie from within MC, and not additional audio and video tracks, extras, menus, etc.?
2. Can I go back to previously ripped Blu-Ray movies where MC ripped the entire disc including menus and all extras and audio tracks, and delete the audio and video tracks I don't want to keep, to save space?
