Title: How to customize a Smartlist based on play count?

I'm trying to customize a Smartlist of songs that I have rated highly, but have rarely listened to. I tried to customize the criteria with "Last Played," which seems the closest thing to what I want, but it doesn't actually set the threshold for number of playcount. There's no "Playcount" criteria in the list of customization, so I'm not sure what else to do.

So how can I customize the Smartlist criteria based on how many times a track has been played?

The field you are looking for is called "Number Plays"

Pick it from your list, and choose, what, "less than or equal to" - "5"?

That should sort you out. If you then sort by last played, you'll get the least played tracks, with the "longest played ago" at the top.
