Title: Media Center automatic look up not working

Every time I try to load a CD into media center it doesn't look up the the title pr the track information. It comes up with unknown album on every
CD but if I try it on another computer with media center on it it works perfectly and it gets all the info.
         please help I'm a new user and don't know much about the program.

Welcome.  It may be a firewall preventing MC from make an outbound connection.

I turned the firewall off and still have the same problem any others ideas?
