Title: Video Chapter based Playlist

I have a number of concert BDs/DVDs/MKVs in my library.

I would like to create a playlist that plays specific songs/chapters from a number of different concerts, e.g:

1. chapter 5 from Godsmack DVD
2. Chapter 10 from Metallica - Francais Pour Une Nuit BD
3. Chapter 5 from Iron Maiden - Flight 666 MKV

Is it possible to create such a playlist with MC17?

Note: I've noticed MC doesn't refer to chapters for MKVs but rather list a start - stop time, so perhaps start/stop time would have to be supported in the playlist as well, if supported.
