Title: Any concerns about upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 8?

I'm enjoying JRiver on my Windows 7 laptop. I'm considering updating to Windows 8. Are there any concerns I should be aware of before making the leap? I'm not in any hurry other than taking advantage of Microsoft's $39 upgrade program before it expires. Thanks!
