Title: Next build
Post by: JimH on April 18, 2002, 01:04:26 pm
The next build of MJ may be ready this afternoon, but we're probably not going to release it until tomorrow morning so we can test on a variety of machines.  Anything good on TV tonight?

Is CSI new tonight?

If not, I still have Smallville, Third Watch, 24, and The Osbournes sitting on my TiVo.

Plus my girlfriend is coming over tonight with a movie.

I'm set for the night. Next Page

JimH, could we perhaps have web cams in the programming area, so we could watch?

steven,
We've tried that.  It didn't make a bit of difference.  Developers are oblivious.

That's a great idea. We could really obsess then. Maybe we could even sit down and drink a virtual beer with the JRiver staff. And get virtually drunk.

CSI is a great show. It's kind of like a macabre McGyver. Macabre McGyver ... that has a nice rhythm to it.

I did what King did. First Survivor all the way through, then no more.

I used to hate TV. Then I loved TV way too much. Now I have struck a balance. Now I just watch what i am interested in and no reruns. No more sitting slack jawed watching whatever was placed in front of me. It's like I woke up.

While we have nothing better to talk about, can somebody please tell me their opinion about Windows XP Home vs. Windows XP Professional. Is it worth the $100 difference? Why?
25 words or less. There WILL be a test.

Doesn't anyone else here like The Charmed Ones on TV?

Hey JimH, in what time zone is your ftp  server?  Theres a file there with a timestamp of 04/18/2002 11:24PM.  Here on the left coast it's only 5:45PM.  How do your files get timestamps so far into my future?  Even at GMT it's only 00:45.

Hockey Night (pronounced Awke-e-e- in NH). Bruins 2 - Canadiens 2. Play=off hockey - Cross-checks, slashes, fights, interrupted by spurts of great play.

Also works OK on ME.  A little rough installing but works once installed.  Build is 253.

Works on W2K too.  The Tekno skin is outstanding.  The List background needs a little tweaking to let the gridlines show.

Thanks on the Tekno skin. Yeah, I do need to work with some of the colors.

TV?!? What's that?

Been doing this one.
Yeah, I know similar to the Tekno. I will have other styles soon.

DFX does not show up in the DSP studio ... using build 253 on winxp.

My DFX doesn't show up either. And when I go to the Plugin Manager, select DSP, as soon as I click on Add Plugin, MJ vanishes.
