Title: Internal Volume always resets to 25%
Post by: WuTofu on October 27, 2012, 01:31:00 pm
Hello,

It seems that whenever I switch open and close MC18, the internal volume resets back to 25%, regardless of where I had the volume slider before I closed it. Is there any setting or file that I can edit so that it remembers where the volume slider was during the last session?

I used to just disable volume control in MC17 before, but recently I've found need to adjust volume within the application now, and it seems like this is the best way to preserve sound quality.

Thanks again for all your hard work into this program!

Tools > Options > Startup > Startup Volume > Set volume to: x%

Ah, I knew there was an option somewhere. Thanks!

Actually this problem has continued to resurface, as MC 18 resets to 20% despite setting the startup volume at 100. When I begin to play any file in audio it also resets to 20% volume.
I'm not really sure what could be causing this.
