Title: Refresh Rate Does Not Update for YouTube and Hulu

I am running Red October HQ with MadVR and automatic refresh rate update works perfect when I play videos on my server.  I tested all kinds of different frame rates including 25, 29.97, 23.976, and 30 - all tests showed that the refresh rate worked perfect.  But, when I play Hulu or YouTube, the refresh rate always goes to the default refresh rate no matter what the frame rate of the video.  Is that the expected behavior?  If this is not the expected behavior, do you have any ideas how to fix it?
