Title: Can't seem to FF, RW, Skip Ahead a Chapter

I can't seem to skip ahead or ff or rw any movies.  WHen I try the picture just freezes and nothing happens.  I can hit stop and it stops but that's about the only item that works.

Nevermind, it works in Theater View.  Just not when watching from the Library Files View.
