Have my Library of music in flac file format
Made a new playlist I want to convert files to mp3 for playing on pda (droid)
How do i best do this, I looked up Wiki and tried a few things but I think there is an easy 1,2,3 step process for doing this in instructions I can not find.
Can I batch convert playlist flac files to mp3 in playlist order and export direct to my pda is what i want to do??

i think the preferred workflow is to simply ask mc to sync the playlistism to the device and then in the settings for the device, request always convert. mc will then create the mp3 on the fly and put it on your device. the mp3 are stored in a cache directory in case you need them again. on the fly conversion is faster than the copying process on a decent machine.
if you really want the mp3 in a directory, you can set up a directory as a handheld device and repeat above (i have to do this for android phone that has all sorts of trouble being seen by windows).
i don't have mc here for step by step sorry.

Can you give me slightly clearer commands I have MC17. Play list sync? I do not see that choice.

Plug in the device, click Drives & Devices followed by the device name. Click Options, a new window will show up allowing you to sync playlists and other options.
