When grouping my ripped dvd's of boxed seasons, such as Walking Dead, Theater View only displays 1 or 2 for the season when selecting the series. I noticed that I could type Season 1 or Season 2 in the Season tag and when I do so, in Theater View it then displays "Season 1" etc.
I'm just curious if this is the only way to get "Season" to display? Will it cause any problems? I was thinking of doing this for all my tv series' but don't want to go through the trouble of doing this if there is an update planned that will end up displaying the word "Season" in front of the season number.
Can anyone provide any feedback on this?

What version of MC are you using?

This was added in MC version 18.0.68 but you will need to reset your views in Theater View Options.
Also, if you have already entered 'Season 1', 'Season 2' etc into the season tag then you will have to change them back to just '1', '2' etc otherwise in Theater View they will be displayed as 'Season Season 1', 'Season Season 2'.

I just downloaded the latest version of MC18 and installed, then restored my backed up MC17 Library. It definitely is not showing "Season" if I don't put that in. I only put that in one episode to see if it would work.
Not exactly sure what you mean by "reset my views"....

With the new theaterview caption enhancement introduced in V18 we all had to reset our theaterview modifications to the stock set once. There is a reset button in Options - Theaterview under the add and remove button.
