Think about what has changed.  Try to provide any clues.

Try updating.  Try reinstalling your license.

Our wiki has a topic called "Stability".

Can you describe your PC configuration (hardware and what output interfaces you use) and what you are doing with MC?

this doesn't help....
i have mc crash about twice a night and frequently when coming out of sleep.  this has been the case for some time.  because repeated ctrl-6 can repeat a crash with red Oct i assume that graphics card (ati) or hdmi receiver routed to tv are somehow upsetting madvr.  maybe you have the same issue. i have learned to live with it.

it would be good (great) if others could list what they have (cpu, graphics card, tv, receiver etc) and how often you have a crash and maybe we can come up with a good and a bad pile of hardware.

even if Jimh, Matt, Yaobing and the others could list what they have that they know works flawlessly it would be very helpful.

madVR and detached display don't work nicely together.

It's something with how madVR does window hooking.

So you'll either need to use Display View (not detached) or no madVR.
