Title: Need help configuring Media Player 17

I have all my music stored on a home computer.  For playback I have a CAPS v2.0 connected to a W4S DAC 2 via usb cable. They are all connected by Ethernet linskys router.
I can see both the computer and the server on the network, but I cannot playback the music files on the computer. I must have missed something during set-up.  Thanks for all the help
and advice.

Take a look at the topics on "Media Network" and "Library Server" on our Wiki (link at the bottom of this page).

A firewall could also be the cause.
