Title: MC18.0.74 Party mode issue

If you install from .70 to .74 and you were in party mode without a password specified there is no way to get out of party mode.  Rolling back to .70, getting out of party mode (without entering a pwd) then reinstalling fixed it.

Next build:
Fixed: Using Party Mode with no password was not working properly.
