Title: streaming hdtracks samples
Post by: jacqlan111 on November 21, 2012, 08:02:39 pm
Hi

This question has surely been covered but I can't find the answer.

My settings are MC's 7.1 channels, all outputs fixed at 96khz for hardware issue, but  It can be changed manually at will.

How can I listen to any web music "streaming"?   I' am browsing HDtracks catalog within MC17   and want to listen samples but nothings happening.

I run win XP and for external MC17 sounds I run live://asio.  When I try any web playback music samples, it is choppy even if I use the same settings I usually takes for REW sound testing at 48 or 44.1 khz.

maybe somebody could show me how it works?

thanks

The only way to route external audio through the JRiver engine is with WASAPI loopback (live://loopback).  It requires Windows Vista or newer.
