Title: How do I place a screenshot when posting on this message board??

I want to place a screenshot in a message like this one...but I can't figure it out ( I admit I feel rather dumb)

Get the image on your screen.
Push the Prnt Scrn key to dump the screen image onto the clipboard.
Open a graphic program (Paint will do).
Edit, Paste (or Ctrl-v).
Crop as necessary.
Save the file.
FTP the file onto one of your websites somewhere.
In your note, use the img command (read the "Posting Help" above).
For example, to post http://home.wi.rr.com/roensch/temp/dump.gif,
I will key in
{img=http://home.wi.rr.com/roensch/temp/dump.gif}
except I will use square brackets [] instead of {}
