It grabs the cover from *** knows where...Doesn't offer any options to where to get the cover art or modify its filename. doesnt' look for what's already in the folder or in the tag...

It grabs cover art from JRiver own server YADB. When you select a lot of albums and choose to get cover art, you'll end up with an automatized process. Possibly overwriting you own cover art. This is the exact reason why you should use such tools on one item at a time to test it before you do bulk operations. With every person uploading their own cover art, the numbers and quality will increase.
