Hi I just purchased JRiver Media Center 18 upgrade and found that my paypal account was double charged. I got a error when I finished paying using paypal, it said that your system couldn't find the record of my purchase after I completed the payment. I had to enter the paypal transaction number with my email to resolve the issue, it did eventually confirm my payment and end me my key. However when I checked my paypal record it said I purchased the media player a second time pretty much at the same time. Is there a way to cancel the 2nd payment?

I only see a single upgrade purchase today (thanks!).
So please give it a couple days to see if the second transaction actually charges against your account.
It probably won't, but if it does, just post back and we'll get it straightened out.

There were two charges for one license key. This happens from time to time with PayPal. We have issued a refund to your PayPal account for the second charge.
