Title: Start in a specific viewscheme?
Post by: zxsix on November 28, 2012, 09:26:48 pm
The tree has the path  AUDIO > People > Bob
I'd like to force that viewscheme to open when MC is started.
Using command line switch or core commands.
Is this possible?

The startup option set to "last location" won't always work.

The only way I know how to do this is to issue a couple of MCC commands; the first selects Audio in the tree, and subsequent ones send KEYSTROKEs down, down, etc.  Its a bit too clumsy.

Spidey always has good sense:

Quote from:  from the MC18.0.90 release
   18.0.85 (11/30/2012)

   1. SDK: Added command line option /ShowTreePath.  For example: MC18.exe /ShowTreePath Audio\Recent
