Title: mp crashes when trying to retrieve cd info from the net

hi
in my main computer - windows 8 - whenever I try to retrieve cd info the mp gets stuck and crashes. I even istalled windows 8 again but no use. on another computer woth windows 8 the cd data retrieval works fine. and also the cover art reteival works fine ! HELP

nop - I have norton 360 ad its open to the mp - if it was a firewall it wouldnt download cover art/ the problem is only with retriving data. the mp freezes and crashes/
