Title: Tagging looks like Chinese characters

I downloaded a album off of Blue coast records and it imported but all in what looks like Chinese tagging of all artist, and tracks and album name.  The tracks are all scrambled as well.  Can someone please help with this?  Do I have a setting wrong in MC 18?

Any details you can provide would be appreciated.

It appears that it is a WAV only problem. 

The source of the files may matter.

There was a 3TB drive problem reported that may be related.  That would probably not be an MC problem.
