Title: How to set internet browser to use

In a prior question I am told I can select the internet browser for MC to use when looking up Wiki, etc.  The poster says it is in settings.  Sorry, but I cannot find this in any searches I do or under any of the "File, Edit, etc buttons.  So, how do I tell MC18 to use Chrome instead if IE?

Tools > Links > Manage Links..., select a link, and change the browser that is used when the link is clicked.

Tools > Options > Tree & View > Web Browser: Engine.
