Title: Should I upgrade to Media Center 18?

I have media center 17 and it appears to be working fine. All I use it for playing my music, nothing else.

1) What will I gain by upgrading to 18?

2) If I should upgrade, than how, I don’t find any option for upgrade on this site?

3) I am using dBpoweramp for ripping my music. Now want to rip some audio DVD’s which are 5.1 multi-channel DVD’s, how do I rip them in there original format?

Your ripping question could go in a new topic.  I don't think you can rip it with MC.
