Title: Client/Server Sync not happening, force resync?

I have one MC client that is left on 24/7.  It does not seem to pick up changes to the main database until I shut it down and restart it.  Is that expected?  Any way to force it to resync while running, or am I just missing something in the settings?

In the settings, under "Media Network" -> "Client Options" there is a checkbox "Auto sync with server", if thats on, the client should get periodic updates from the server.

 :-[  Thanks.  I could have sworn that was set, but I must have missed it with the last rebuild of the machine.
