Title: madVR v0.85.4 when using Red October HQ

If I download Media Center 18 (18.0.100), will it use the updated madVR v0.85.4 when using Red October HQ as used in the latest nightly releases?

You can see from the changelog what version of madVR is used at what point, eg:
