Title: Where can I find the access key for the iPhone app

To get the connection from my iPhone app its asking for a Access Key  or The Host Address with Port Number. What access key are they asking for?

To use the access key, select it under Tools > Options > Media Network.  Use the same one on other devices.

To use the Host IP / Port, use your systems' LAN IP address and the port number listed in the Advanced section under Tools > Options > Media Network.

I have entered the access key on my Iphone where it asked for it, using correct case,,,it did does work

Can you describe how you are trying access:

  - what is the entire URL you are using
  - are you connecting over the WiFi LAN or cellular?

When I connect via WiFi LAN, I use a URL such as:

   http://192.168.0.20:52199

which would be my server's LAN IP / port.  I'm then asked for a Username and Password (not access key); I've configured these on the server.

If you are connecting via the http://jriver.com/webgizmo.html page, the access key you need is configured first on your MC in the options area - perhaps you just need to reset it.  Also ensure that you select the correct Location from the pulldown on that page.
