Title: linn songcast won't work

Hi,
For whatever reason, Linn Songcast seems not to work with JRiver. I am a pretty new user of JRiver so please forgive a former MAC owner. Streaming e.g. a movie with VLC I can select my Linn player with Songcast and the system sound goes straight to the loudspeakers. Now while playing the movie with JRiver Songcast is totally ignored. It seems there are a lot of possible audio settings but I am a bit lost in all that. Can anybody help?

So, I am posting the answer to my question in case anybody has a similar issue. The solution is in the 'Channels' option for Audio Ouptput. The recommended 'Default Channel' for whatever reason does not work for Songcast. Any other works.
