Title: Cue file with nonexistent files produces no error message

When I right click in Windows Explorer on a CUE file that has all WAV files, and those have since been deleted after being converted to FLAC files, MC18 (currently build 103) does nothing.  All other media players will give some sort of error message about the files being missing, or something less helpful like "Warning! Warning Will Robinson!" - but they at least do something. ;)
