Title: Double charge on license purchase

I just upgrade j.river mc 18 and the payment with VISA.You charge twice.But i
 buy and
recive one license.Help me.

Please send an email to deanna at jriver dot com, with a link to this thread and the email address you used to purchase.

She'll issue a refund for the second purchase.

(ps. JRiver is closed next week for Christmas, so we'll issue the refund the following week)
