Title: Video conversion when tranfering files to tablet, settings?

Is there any settings i can set beside choosing video format (mp4), when transfering a video to a tablet? Especially getting the subs in the converted file would be useful, but also som quality settings or similar, I didn't find any.

So the gizmo settings also apply when i transcode and transfer a file to the tablet, not just for streaming?
