Title: random crash playing audio

having issues after updating to 18.0.72 and every updates since (18.0.103) where media centre will stop responding when i play a track. it's random. sometimes plays fine, but sometimes will get an error message 'media centre 18 has stopped working' and need to restart. can happen when double clicking a track, or manually skip a track. i use WAV files, and never had this problem until recently.

What audio output are you using?

Please test with WASAPI - Event Style and let us know if the issue persists.

Am using ASIO. the problem is still persisting. it is very random. WASAPI event, it has happened once. again, not something that has happened before stated build.
